Depending how many people go, i COULD pay for flights (i'd imagine we could pay for accom there and then?) - the best way to do it would get names and money for those deffo going, get all the money paid to the LPFC account by a certain date, i can book flights on my credit card and you can just write me a cheque, therefore no-one takes any risk as long as all money is collected up front. I think the limit of my card is around 7 grand, so that should be enough!

wow wow i ain't living in the past, i went to amsterdam last nov and apart from whores and smoking drugs its does not offer alot!! Food was average, beer was in excess of 5euros and we could not find anywhere which opened past 2. Granted i went with my bird and that pretty much kills all the atmosphere, fitba related drinking games and general fun! I agree with dave karkow or anywhere in poland would be more cost effective with better opportunities to be british yobs. If we are considering traveling to a place which deals in euros may i sugguest barcelona, madrid, copehagen, berlin, munich. Also those swedish people who we befriended in budapest invited us to gotenburg. You can fly with ryanair from stanstead for £27 return in sept(dave you would need to sort all the other travel admin) but its worth considering

LPGC?? i think you ll find that The world's greatest village, Long Preston Girl's Club have the patents pending on that acronym. However, WE also do have the Fall/Winter Euro weekender pencilled in for said dates. what do you boys say about us coming too? if yes, i suggest a coach trip, lets get Ken from Hodson's, surely he s allowed to drive buses again by now, Sir Norbert of Stellings i m sure if you appologised he'd let you on board? he might give you a bit of a roughing up in the bus shelter but you could take him now, youve buffed up.

Right i have just read through the forum and as i understand we are going to Amsterdam, I can only go on the weekend of Friday the 17th to Monday 20th. Please can we not stop in Hostels. When are we booking it and what is total cost.

hostels are fine. they are cheap and only a place to rest yer heed.

We aint gonna know anything till fixtures arrive. There is no reason why we wont have a game unless it just happens to be a cup weekend and we have been knocked out.
