Amy has swung me and her a couple of free tickets as she is working on the event, so were in baby.

My crusty tent days are behind me I think but tempted all the same.

over the weekend of kendal calling, there is a 5-a-side competition that we've been invited to join. now we're at festival, but if some of you (i'm lookng at u to organise this scotty al!) want to enter you can.

The event will be held on Saturday 2nd August 2008 at the Rolls Royce Playing Fields commencing at approximately 12pm. The cost is £35 per team to enter (maximum of 7 players per squad) with trophies being awarded to the winners and runners up.

The tournament format will be group stages (approx 4 teams per group) followed by a knock out stage until two teams battle it out in the final. Two pitches will be marked out and each game will be refereed. Registration fees are required no later than 30th July 2008.
